Orders

We do not offer an audition or trial program of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We generally build to order, which means a typical order will take about a week to 10 days for us to complete and ship. Sometimes we have units in stock, and in that case the time to shipment is reduced to a few days. In either event, we burn-in and test each unit before shipping, and this takes 24 to 48 hours.

The "BUY" buttons below are for PayPal purchases which you can execute directly online. If you prefer to pay directly with a credit card, you will have to call us to provide the information. Just call 707-832-7363. In the future we will add a credit card cart to the site.

We will confirm your order with an estimated ship date.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24-hours of placement ("Wifey said no") are subject to a 3% processing fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours.

Returns

We do NOT offer a "trial" or "audition" or "demonstration" program of our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT accept returns for refunds. Defects or DOAs will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To return a unit for repair or replacement call 707-832-7363 to obtain an RMA number. We will not accept any inbound shipment without an RMA number.
